Participants must register under the category that accurately reflects their current professional status.

Registration is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment and successful category verification (where applicable).

Written cancellation requests received on or before 10 November 2026 will be eligible for a refund, less a 10% administrative fee.

No refunds will be issued after 10 November 2026. However, delegate substitutions are permitted at any time without additional charges.

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed after the conclusion of the congress.

The Organizing Committee reserves the right to modify the scientific program, speakers, venue arrangements, or schedule if circumstances require.

In the event of force majeure or circumstances beyond the control of the organizers, the congress may be postponed, rescheduled, or cancelled. The organizers shall not be held responsible for any personal expenses incurred by delegates, including travel and accommodation costs.
